1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SupaLeads (supaleads.app, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SupaLeads is a SaaS platform that analyzes publicly available Reddit posts to identify potential leads and generates marketing content using AI. Key features include lead discovery based on Reddit public data (.json/.rss endpoints), AI-powered lead scoring and analysis, AI content generation for comments, posts, and DM drafts, and automated lead collection workflows via pipelines. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Service without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your account. You may not share or transfer your account to others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. Subscription & Payments

SupaLeads offers a subscription plan at $29 per month, processed through LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. When you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which automatic renewal will stop. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change our fees with prior notice, and updated fees will apply from the next billing cycle.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

To ensure stable operation of the Service, a maximum of 3 lead scans per day is allowed. There are no limits on creating pipeline templates. The following activities are prohibited: using automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to place excessive load on or abuse the Service; creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; placing undue burden on the Service infrastructure; reselling or unauthorized distribution of data collected through the Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI content generated by SupaLeads (comment drafts, post drafts, DM drafts, etc.) is provided for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. You must review and, where necessary, modify AI-generated content before publishing it. You are solely responsible for all consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content, and we accept no liability for damages resulting from the use of such content.

7. Reddit Compliance

While using the Service, you must comply with Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, and all related rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited: spamming using AI-generated content, mass posting of identical or similar content, posting content that violates Reddit community rules, and creating content that deceives or misleads users. SupaLeads only uses Reddit's publicly available data (.json and .rss endpoints) and does not directly access your Reddit account or collect private data. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from violations of Reddit's rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the Service belong to us. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service (keywords, ICP information, etc.). AI content generated through the Service may be freely used by you.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, errors, data loss, inaccuracy of AI-generated content, or any other use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any other reasonable cause. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, and fees already paid will not be refunded.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Updated Terms take effect from the time of notification, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
